the offline poker club staff solely for the purpose of identity verification.

- To process transactions such as coupons or electronic tickets

on Google Maps, helping you locate nearby poker clubs and tournaments.

third-party services (Google and Amazon) to send verification codes and authenticate your identity.

interactions with the app and verify that you are a human user. If the system detects
automated or suspicious behavior, access to certain features may be restricted.

or to comply with our legal obligations (for example, if we are required to retain your data to comply with applicable laws),

to verify their identity. This information is collected solely for tournament registration and
verification purposes and will be shared only with the offline poker clubs hosting the tournaments.
It will not be used for any other purposes and will be handled with care to ensure user privacy
and data security.
9. Children’s Privacy
Our app is not intended for users under the age of 13 in the United States.
If you are located in the European Union, the minimum age for digital consent
may differ (between 13 and 16, depending on the member state).
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the applicable minimum age.
If we discover that we have collected personal information from a child under the minimum age
without parental consent, we will delete that information as soon as possible.
