This information will be shared with the offline poker club staff solely for the purpose of identity verification.

• To process transactions such as coupons or electronic tickets
• To comply with legal obligations
• To provide location-based services: We use your precise location to show your position on Google Maps, helping you locate nearby poker clubs and tournaments.
• To verify email and phone number: We share your email and phone number with third-party services (Google and Amazon) to send verification codes and authenticate your identity.
• To prevent spam and unauthorized access: We use Google reCAPTCHA v3.0 to analyze your interactions with the app and verify that you are a human user. If the system detects automated or suspicious behavior, access to certain features may be restricted.

We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties. However, we may share your information in the following situations:

• With Service Providers: We may share your information with third-party service providers to help us operate the app and provide the services you request. For example, we use Amazon Web Services (AWS) for phone verification via SMS, and Google for email verification. Additionally, we use Google reCAPTCHA for bot detection.

• With Google Maps: We share your precise location with Google Maps to display real-time location services within the app.

It will not be used for any other purposes and will be handled with care to ensure user privacy and data security.

9. Children’s Privacy

Our app is not intended for users under the age of 13 in the United States. If you are located in the European Union, the minimum age for digital consent may differ (between 13 and 16, depending on the member state). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the applicable minimum age. If we discover that we have collected personal information from a child under the minimum age without parental consent, we will delete that information as soon as possible.
